Once submitted, you will be taken to the 30-Day Challenge Transition Package and we will give you a call, as close to your best day(s) and time as possible, to discuss the problem areas indicated and send you our Roadmap to Wellness Report. Once checked out, your Transition Package will be shipped on a Monday to you or you may pick up at our store in Wilmington, NC at 1930 Carolina Beach Rd.
