Often mistaken for simple chalky powder, Diatomaceous Earth is actually composed of the fossilized remains of microscopic aquatic organisms known as diatoms. When administering Food Grade DE internally, always mix it thoroughly into wet or canned food to prevent your pet from inhaling the dry powder, as inhaling fine silica dust can irritate the lungs.

Small Cats/Kittens: 1/8 teaspoon daily
Cats & Small Dogs (under 20 lbs): 1/2 teaspoon daily
