*For orders UNDER 20lbs of Perishable Frozen Product - Choose 2 day shipping. All shipments outside of NC ship on Monday's only, unless overnight or 2 day shipping is used.

Any perishable products shipped via UPS Ground Service; unfortunately, we are unable to refund or take back any order that has been shipped for any reason. Shipping is at clients' own risk.

**Shipping Note: IF we are out of stock on items you have ordered, we will hold the order until our stock comes in on the 3rd week of the month. ie: if you order around the 15th, and stock is out on an item, your order will ship on the 4th Monday, after stock has been replenished each 3rd week of the month.
