2. Product Information and Usage We strive to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions, dosage guidelines, and ingredient lists. However, it is the owner's responsibility to administer products correctly. Heaven Sent Healthy Pet, LLC is not liable for adverse reactions, misuse of products, or failure to follow the provided safety, hydration, and dosage instructions.

2. Product Handling & Safety Assumption of Risk

Raw Food & Meaty Bones: We sell raw dog and cat food, raw meaty bones, and raw treats. Handling raw meat carries inherent risks, including exposure to bacteria. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safe handling, storage, and sanitation guidelines. Heaven Sent Healthy Pet, LLC is not liable for any illness to humans or pets resulting from the improper handling, storage, or feeding of raw products.

Choking Hazards: Raw meaty bones, dehydrated treats, and bakery cookies must be fed under strict supervision. We are not responsible for choking, splintering, or bowel obstructions that may occur.

3. Accounts and Membership

Account Creation: To access certain features, including purchasing products and joining our membership area, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Membership: Access to our upcoming membership area will be subject to specific community guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt our community.

4. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

• Cancellation and Modification: You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, modifications or cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled processing date.

• Out of Stock Items: If a subscribed item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and either delay your shipment, offer a comparable substitute, or issue a refund for that specific item.

Pricing, Shipping, and Discounts: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates, adjust delivery zones, and modify or discontinue promotional discounts—including introductory subscription discounts—at any time to reflect current operational costs.

Order Refusal and Verification: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or product availability issues. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
