Subscription & Auto-Ship Policy

Welcome to the Heaven Sent Healthy Pet Auto-Ship program!
Our subscription service is designed to make holistic pet care effortless, ensuring your pet never runs out of their essential raw food, supplements, or remedies. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
 

1. How Auto-Ship Works

When you select the "Subscribe" option on any eligible product, you are signing up for continuous, recurring shipments.

  • Frequency: You choose how often your products are delivered (e.g., every 2, 4, or 8 weeks).

  • Automatic Billing: Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically on the schedule you selected.

  • Minimum Orders: Please note that our 20lb minimum order for perishable raw meat applies to all subscription shipments. Ensure your recurring cart meets this requirement to avoid processing delays.
     

2. Billing and Price Adjustments

  • Current Pricing: The price you pay for each recurring order will be the price of the item at the time the order is processed. While we strive for price stability, we reserve the right to adjust product prices to reflect changes in sourcing or operational costs.

  • Subscription Discounts: If a recurring discount was applied at signup, that discount will apply to all future shipments unless the promotion was marked as "first-order only."

  • Taxes and Shipping: Applicable sales tax and shipping fees (calculated by weight and zone) will be added to each recurring total.
     

3. Shipping Schedule for Subscriptions

To ensure the safety of our perishable products, we adhere to a strict fulfillment window:

  • Monday Shipping: All subscription orders containing raw meat ship on Mondays or Tuesdays only.

  • Stock Replenishment: We replenish our stock every 30 days (typically around the 18th of the month). If your subscription processes while an item is temporarily out of stock, we will either hold the entire shipment until our stock is replenished the following Monday or we can substitute items at your request.
     

4. Managing Your Subscription (Pause, Swap, or Skip)

We understand that your pet’s needs may change, whether you are going on vacation or need to adjust a recipe. At the time of this publishing, to pause your subscription, skip a delivery, or modify the items in your recurring order, you must submit your request via email to [Insert Email Address]. Please include your name, order number, and the specific changes you need to make so we can update your account on our end.
 

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no long-term commitment.

  • How to Cancel: At the time of this publishing, you must request a cancellation or pause your subscription by emailing us directly at HeavensentHealthyPet.com or via our website messages.

  • Cut-off Time: To ensure our team has enough time to process your request before you are billed for your next scheduled shipment, your email must be received at least 48 hours before your next processing date.

  • Post-Processing: Once a subscription order has been billed and processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled or refunded. At that point, our perishable raw meat policy (all sales final) takes effect immediately upon fulfillment.
     

6. Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined, our system will attempt to re-process the charge. If payment cannot be secured within 3 days, your upcoming shipment will be skipped, and your subscription may be placed on a temporary hold. We will notify you via email so you can update your billing details.
 

7. Changes to Policy

Heaven Sent Healthy Pet, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription benefits, discounts, or terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via the email address associated with your account.
